Every cartridge is 100% tested prior to shipping at the factory.  If the seal is broken there are no returns.

Defective Returns

Any defective product may be returned for a replacement.  Defective product returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  Please email us at to obtain a RAN.  No return shipments will be accepted without an accompanying RAN.

Non-Defective Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it (based on first delivery attempt from FedEx tracking number).  To be eligible for a non-defective return, the product must not have been installed and must include all original packaging (e.g. re-sellable condition as open box).  All non-defective returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.  In addition they must be well packaged to prevent damage.  We cannot accept damaged returns.  A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all non-defective returns to cover the cost of original shipment and the fact that this product will have to be sold as open box at a discount.

Return Shipping Charges

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.  Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
